recurring billing - Which API I should use for Paypal when I have many receivers and payers -

i building project might bit complicated , have use paypal this.

there many users in app , can receivers, payers or both. receivers/sellers provide services , payers have pay sellers monthly. if user agrees pay, paypal charge him monthly , automatically. users need register paypal member , authorized paypal beforehand can use emails transactions in app.

i thinking of using paypal express checkout recurring apis, not sure if right decision , no clue if working. suggestions? thanks.

you use either express checkout, subscriptions w/ website payments standard, or enhanced recurring payments w/ website payments standard. either 1 of these allow set recurring payments. enhanced recurring payments 1 have monthly charge associated it. express checkout , subscriptions w/ website payments standard not have monthly charge. however, enhanced recurring payments allows buyer sign subscription without having have paypal account, , can use credit card. express checkout , subscriptions w/ website payments standard require buyer have paypal account. can still billed via credit card, have have credit card attached paypal account. subscription bill paypal account, , paypal account pull funds credit card on account.

with paypal account, users can receive or send funds based on country these accounts located in.
