facebook's ads manager hides real optimization goal , billing event. there's selectbox called optimisation advert delivery (in budget & pricing section), contains (probably preferred ones) of available optimizations adset you're creating. values can mapped pairs of optimization goal + billing event. can read real values using graph api.
