html - glyphicon not loaded in IE 7 (while accessing from IP ) -

i working on web project. , using glyphicon icon. it's working in other ie (7 version above )browser. there in ie 7 glyphicon not loaded so, use glyphicons-ie7.css. it's working while browsing page local machine(ie. http://localhost:70/) not working while accessing local ip(ie. http://192.168.0.240:70/). :(

when access localhost, /etc/hosts file tell computer not further , redirects own computer. when access local ip adress, computer ask router fetch data, , router point computer.

in case, router can't glyphicons in right way.. (see post)
