i checking recent atom editor vim plugin, , 1 feature liked each split window can have tabs associated it, know if possible vim , there plugins in vim this? have attached image below describe windows , tabs.

no, it's not possible.

in vim, tab pages containers windows , windows containers buffers , there's no way around that.
