database - Test Data Generation: How to automate? [Excel -> SQL] -

i want automate test data generation , hoped approaches.

my current situation: have 2 excel sheets static data (patients , doctors) , dynamic data [for example weight records active patient, weight records inactive patient, etc.] (these values not static, because should different every patient , want see trends , dependencies). want create insert statements out of this. needs considered every patient dynamic sheet must calculated , there foreign key relation.

what best way this?
