i work opencv c++ in visual studion 2013 (community). have installed plugin imagewatch visual studio, useful debugging aid.
after recent upgrade of windows 10 (i working win 10 , fine), started receive following error : "exception has been thrown target of invocation" when opening imagewatch 'view/other windows/image watch'
i have tried un-/re-installing imagewatch , updated vs 2013 latest .net version (5.0) 2013. also, suggested on other posts, same error has been generated different reasons, shortened length/removed of lengthy less used system environmental variables. no avail.
part of symptoms received win 10 update missing .dll messages msvcp110.dll , msvcr110.dll, generated directly after start (of pc). quick search indicated missing crucial visual c++ redistributable x64 , x86 updates visual studio 2012. (see http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-winapps/the-program-cant-start-because-msvcr110dll-is/f052d325-3af9-4ae5-990b-b080799724db)
these can download here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679#
after installing these updates x64 , x86 , reboot, dll messages disappeared @ start. following reinstallation of imagewatch plugin, no logner recieved "exception has been thrown target of invocation" , image watch opening , running fine.
