Set the Rstudio files pane directory from the R console? -

is there interaction r rstudio possible?

i like, example, set rstudio files pane directory r console, setfilespane(getwd()) or such. haven't found though.

edit: clarify: in rstudio there "files pane" (bottom right)

this can navigated file explorer. set files pane directory (the directory contents shown in files pane) r code instead of having navigate project folder hand every time. there way this?
