upgraded windows 10 month ago,
noticed in internet explorer 11 scripts pane in debugger isn't visible. running edge seems have identical & feel developer tools pane present.
unclicked default settings in ie 11 disable javascript debugging has no effect. wondering if ie 11 using parts of edge , causing debugger issue?
i've been struggling same problem while, after updating windows 10, , if it's bit late, might others. in case, turned out stupid thing ever: script pane there, hidden behind wacthes , callstack panes. need go left , shrink right bit panes. see pics:

also, other steps did before noticing:
- i enabled script debugging (internet options > advanced > under browsing uncheck "disable script debugging"). <= needed debugging once scripting pane back.
- disabled ie11 , enabled again.
- reset defaults, etc.
but nothing made pane appear, silly thing easy "fix". hope same you!
