xaml - Windows.Interactivity, Microsoft.Expression.Interactions references are not found in Visual studio 2013 for a Wpf project -

i've used system.windows.interactivity dll in several projects without problem. in latest project can't work. following error:

i faced error before couple of months ago & did was, open visual studio installer again , selected "modify". remove ticks option blend visual studio.
