Font awesome Icons not displaying when I access link http://fontawesome.io/icon/cog/ in my office network for IE9 -

we accessing http://fontawesome.io/icon/cog/ in ie9 particular network , icons not displaying, icons display in crome.

we using font awesome icons in website project , not displaying in ie9 in our network.

from other networks icons displaying properly.

please let me know if know problem , if changes need in network.

issue can due active x permission in ie. allow active x download library.

for further reference on how activate please follow this.
