does knows free voip client use win10 can controlled through command line? need following options:
- call - send dtmf - hangup - answer xlite, linphone , express talk had limitations and/or not work reliable.
i can recommend java voip. it's parameters can used command line.
edit: have found not free; still leave post here, maybe it's cost affordable. using webphone same company has same java engine , works me back-end in call-center client software using via command line automation.
