How to integrate maximo object in maximo anywhere -

i have "dmpersongroup" maximo object created maximo eam. have created new resources of oslc type. not oslc type, how create resource in maximo anywhere?

at high-level should follow steps similar this..

on maximo side, can clone existing dm resource, switch it's name , usewith used oslc layer.
