i having desktop application, database deployed in desktop pc. same database in web well.

i need sync these 2 databases when requested desktop application. desktop application developed in java, both databases mysql. developing rest service, web application can access , store data.

but, in choice of rest have make methods every database operation , performed 1 one. better way sync 2 mysql databases via java?

for more information, desktop application contain information related 1 user, while online application contain information of thousands of users. not want desktop application have of other users' information available in online database.
